The 27-year old founder has five years of government budget/finance experience with multiple Department of Defense certifications, B.A. in Business Administration from Goucher College, M.B.A. in Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Baltimore, served on the advisory board of the University of Maryland Engagement Center, and served briefly as a Councilmatic Assistant to the Councilman of the 9th District between 2015 and 2016. However, her education, network, and job experience did not provide her the resources or emotional support she needed when her father was killed. Faith has returned to school to pursue her MPA/JD degrees focusing on non-profit management and criminal law in order to effectively lead the organization and create sustainable change in the community.
Faith is on a path of healing and these services are services she wishes she had available to her on her journey.
